Keep every truck and trailer inspected, without shop days

With 3 to 5 trucks plus trailers, inspection dates scatter across the year and one missed unit is a citation waiting to happen. Bright Inspect schedules each unit where it's parked, tracks every renewal, and keeps all reports and inspector records in one dashboard you can hand to an auditor.

Schedule every unit without shop days

Each truck, trailer and dolly inspected where it's parked, with one record per unit.

How many inspections does my fleet need?

One per vehicle in every combination. A fleet of 4 tractors pulling 6 trailers needs 10 annual inspections a year, each with its own report kept for 14 months. Converter dollies count too (49 CFR 396.17(a)).

What does the fleet dashboard show?

Every unit, its last inspection date, its next due date, and its status in one list, with reminders 60, 30 and 7 days out. Download any report, export records for your maintenance software, and pull inspector qualification records for your files.

How is fleet pricing calculated?

By the number of units you book. One unit is $99. 2 to 3 units are $84.15 each, 4 to 7 units are $74.25 each, and 8 or more get a custom fleet quote. A fleet of 4 tractors and 6 trailers is 10 units, so it gets a custom quote.
