Developed by a former DOT officer
Designed to meet FMCSA annual inspection requirements
Already inspecting rideshare, NEMT and fleet vehicles
We started by inspecting rideshare and NEMT vehicles, where drivers lose income every hour a car sits at a shop. Commercial truck and bus operators face the same problem at a bigger cost: a lost day can mean a lost load. So we built the annual DOT inspection around the operator's schedule, not the shop's.
Our DOT inspection process was developed by a former DOT officer with experience inspecting commercial vehicles. It is designed to meet FMCSA annual inspection requirements, including every component in Appendix A to 49 CFR Part 396, and a former DOT officer reviews the regulation pages and state guides on this site.
Owner-operators, small fleets, tow operators, airport ground transportation companies, school bus contractors and passenger carriers, plus rideshare, NEMT, car sharing and autonomous vehicle fleets. Inspection programs for TNC, NEMT and AV fleets run on the same platform. Running several units? See fleet inspections.
We say our inspection is designed to meet FMCSA annual inspection requirements, because that's what it's built to do. We don't say we're FMCSA approved or DOT certified, because FMCSA doesn't approve private inspection companies. We can't remove violations or change safety scores, and anyone who promises that is guessing.
