Annual inspections for fleets, without the shop calendar

Bright Inspect runs annual inspections for every tractor, trailer, bus and tow truck in your fleet where they park, tracks every renewal, and exports records for the fleet software you already use. Fleet managers get one dashboard; brokers, insurers and contract partners get verifiable records on request.

How do inspection records get into my fleet software?

Every inspection record can be exported as CSV or PDF, so your annual dates can sit next to your DVIRs and work orders in the maintenance system you already use. The fleet dashboard shows every unit and trailer with its renewal date, and we send a reminder 30 days before each annual is due.

Who else can use the records?

Anyone who needs proof your vehicles are inspected: freight brokers onboarding carriers, insurers underwriting a policy, airports issuing ground transportation permits, school districts hiring contractors, and motor clubs dispatching tow operators. Each record carries a verification code they can check at book.dotbrightinspect.com/verify.

Partner program

Brokers, insurers, leasing companies, motor clubs and fleet software companies can offer Bright Inspect to their carriers. Partners get a referral link, bulk scheduling and a shared view of inspection status for carriers who opt in.
